Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #14<\/a> is the final issue for this volume. And it ends, with a sort of wrap up to a revelation made in the beginning. “A Night Off” is all Peter wants, but when you’re Spider-Man, sometimes that is too much to ask for. Peter makes a promise to someone very important, and to break that promise would be devastating. But with a little help from some friends, maybe Spider-Man can truly get one night off.<\/p>\n

\nFriendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #14<\/a><\/h3>\n

I am really sad to see this series end. Tom Taylor and the creative team have done an excellent job. The best issue for me was #9 and the Rumor origin story. #6 with Spider-Bite was really good too. I really liked Lashley’s art in particular in this series. Suavage’s flashback portion of this book was pretty cool too. I have to say, this issue gets a little emotional. You can really feel the heart of every character involved. I guess Tom could have done something extravagant to end the series with a new villain or some crazy twist. But this was the perfect ending to this volume of Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.<\/p>\n

I’m so sad to see this series end. This line from the issue had me in my emotions a little bit throughout the entire thing.
