The first mission for Task Force X appears to have been a set-up in Suicide Squad #3. The newly installed President is killed while they have custody. But they still have an assassination to finish. So to complete the mission, they must regroup and meet at the palace with Harley’s team. They also lose another member along the way. It becomes obvious that the newest members of Task Force X are not all that they appear. And that Lok has an even bigger secret of his own.

I really like that Taylor is not afraid to kill off a character or two here and there. Even a character that is pretty well known. Definitely a lot of violence and gore in this series if that concerns you. Foul language is implied but not spelled out. So far Harley is not real involved so I’m anxious to see how Taylor develops her in the story.
