Firefly #14

The newest war between the Browncoats and Alliance is finally over in Firefly #14. That leaves Zoe and Wash to return the fallen to their homes. But, not before Blue Sun has their cargo inspected. So what exactly is this Blue Sun organization and will they be friendly to the crew of Serenity. Meanwhile, Sheriff Mal has a series of dead bodies to investigate. But will he follow through for the townspeople or turn and run once things go sideways.

Zoe and Wash argue over strategy

Firefly #14

Any fan of the show would love this series. Greg Pak does and excellent job capturing the whole vibe. I like the team up of Mal and Boss Moon that is still going. Its a fresh look with Mal away from the regular crew. Sharma’s artwork is fitting. Harsh lines and a little graininess go along well with the space western atmosphere. If you’re looking to pick up the series, this issue feels like a decent transition between storylines.
