Flash and Captain Cold are both detained and headed to Arkham Asylum in Flash #87. Flash nearly killed Cold in their battle over Central City. Barry realized that the Speed Force was so chaotic that he needed to be lock away until they figured out how to control it. Luckily Iris is able to pull strings to get Avery and Wallace to S.T.A.R. Labs to see if they can help. Plus, a new villain is introduced into the Flash universe.

I actually really glad that Rogues Reign is finally over. Duce’s artwork is really good. And Flash is finally getting back in control of the Speed Force. Even if it is temporary. It doesn’t look like they are going to waste any time getting on to the next crisis though. A new villain is coming to the Flash. And it has something to do with the future they created by defeating King Turtle.
