X-Men #5

The X-Men have tracked Serafina of the Children of the Vault to Ecuador in X-Men #5. As a highly evolved super-mutant, Serafina poses an extreme threat to mutants and humans alike. But she slips back inside the Vault before Wolverine can get to her. So they develop a plan to send X-23, Synch and Darwin into the Vault to find answers. But with the Vaults temporal acceleration, if they aren’t fast they could get stuck there for thousands of years. They must get in and get out long enough for Cerebro to download them. Or the entire mission has failed.

Wolverine searches for Serafina
X-Men #5

While I do really like what Hickman has done with the X-Men Universe, it has become apparent that trying to follow just one of the books is near impossible. I mean, it’s a good strategy if people are willing to get every X-Book being published right now. I however, am not. So it seems pointless to get each issue of X-Men when I’m going to be a little lost and have to catch up from everything going on in other books. I’ll stick with it for a while. I do love the X-Men so it’s hard to not get any. And where is Nightcrawler for goodness sake.
