In Rouges’ Reign part 2, Flash and Trickster share neighboring cells in King Cold’s ice prison in The Flash #83. But with the help of a former Rogue, Flash has a small chance to escape the nearly inescapable. But even if he does get out, is there anything left of Central City to save? Cold has used the Luthor tech in combination with Mirror Masters powers and started the end of the world. But Barry will never give up on his city.
The Flash #83
This is a pretty well rounded issue. There is not a ton of plot movement but enough to keep the story moving. The action is pretty intense but brief. There is also enough of a cliff hanger at the end to make you want more. That’s always a good thing in my opinion. Sandoval and Tarragona’s art is really good. The ice covered Central City and crazy ice wolves are well done. Read this issue to find out which Rouge has turned on King Cold in order to stop the end of the world.
