It is the day of the Crucible in X-Men #7. A day when one of the mutants that was stripped of their powers has the chance to earn them back. Scarlet Witch used her power to change 1 Million mutants back to humans. So now is one’s chance to reclaim their power. And not all the mutants of Krakoa know how to feel about this ritual. It seems so wrong on the surface, but it is what the former mutant wants. So what is it about this ritual that has even Scott Summers questioning it’s ethics?

Another amazing story in this new X-Men universe. I love the development of this ritual to give mutants back their power. It has the potential to create new and exciting mutants that we haven’t really seen before. And the ethical questions that arise provide extra drama. Plus Nightcrawler was a big part of the issue as well. So that was a bonus for me.
