Marcy and Ricky track down subject Eight in Stranger Things: Into the Fire #2. Eight, or Kali, reveals how she was used to keep Jamie docile while Brenner continued his experiments. That is until one day, Kali wasn’t able to keep up the illusion. Jamie became violent, and Kali never saw her again. Luckily, Kali has a name for Marcy and Ricky. A name that could lead them to Marcy’s sister.
Stranger Things: Into the Fire #2
These Stranger Things series books have been awesome to read. If you’re a fan of the show, they are great material while you wait for new seasons. I’m not completely sure whether the comics will tie back into the show, but they lay the groundwork. Eleven makes a brief appearance here, so we know the time matches up with some point during the show. I’m very interested to see if some of the gifted kids show up in the show. You will also want to read the previous mini-series Stranger Things: Six to follow this story.
