Rogues’ Reign concludes in The Flash #86. The Flash Family has to stop Captain Cold and free themselves and Central city from his nightmare. But the speed force is still out of control and their best hope is uniting with Cold’s best friends. And Cold is tired of losing, so he’s going to give Flash all he has to become the King of Central City. But the best Cold has may actually work to Flash’s advantage.

Rogues’ Reign was a decent story arc but I’m honestly a little glad it’s over. DC’s whole year of the villain is a bit of a bummer to read for me. I’m ready to see the good guys start winning for a change. But even with the end of the Reign of King Cold, there is still a lot for Flash to figure out before they can return to some normalcy. The are is stellar as always from Sandoval. I liked the emphasis on the lightning when Flash was losing control. Williamson continues to put forth great Flash stories.
